The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of OmniAxis Digital Marketing and is protected by German and international copyright laws. Work produced for clients as part of a service engagement becomes the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and deliverables.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest as permitted under German law (BGB Section 288).
6. Limitation of Liability
OmniAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not affect liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence under German law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms is [City], Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply.
